There's much to see here. So, take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about me and my art. I hope you enjoy what you see, because I've certainly enjoyed creating it, and please take a moment to drop me a line.
Len Bibeau
Thank you for visiting my website. I'm Leonard Bibeau.
I have enjoyed exploring art my entire life. I am originally from New Hampshire and received my training at the New England School of Art & Design in Boston. I came to Indiana courtesy of the U.S. Army and was stationed at Ft. Harrison, where I taught Painting & Drawing, Television Graphics, and Audio Visual Techniques at the Defense Information School and Craft Center.
My career continued over the years as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, manager of commercial Screen Printing and have been hired for numerous Private Commissions.
Commissions, Original Artwork, Prints, Greeting Cards and more are all available just for you.
I paint and draw using a variety of mediums, such as watercolor, acrylic, oil, graphite, and digital media. However, I also enjoy working with ceramics and wood. I tend to let the subject matter dictate which I use in my art.
My work is done on the finest of stretched canvas, watercolor paper, drawing sheets and boards. Prints are executed with water resistant inks on acid free archival paper.
The joy of creating art enhances my desire to explore. I endeavor to produce new works as the spirit drives me. And though my primary focus is traditional, it doesn't keep me from stepping outside the box. I find myself heavily inspired by nature, landscapes, family, friends, faith and anything else that sparks my creative side.
I've been privileged to have my work featured as the poster for a theatrical production in Paris and have been commissioned to create portraits of race horses. It has also been my honor to use my talent to support my church and the fight against breast cancer.
